Meticulous Minds is a soft skills training and image management organisation that has its head office located in Ooty. To bring an optimistic change in the world of people who are thriving to develop their skills, MM conducts training, workshops, and webinars to mentor them. We also try to create an impact on the lives of underprivileged children/students through our training programs. All the programs are conducted by the chief trainer and senior trainers in a virtual mode and offline based on the requirements.
FOUNDER & CHIEF TRAINER
Aarthi Balraj, the Founder & Chief Trainer of Meticulous Minds holds a B.Tech and MS degrees from Indian and German Universities respectively. Due to her strong passion for teaching and connecting directly with people to create a difference in people’s lives, she mentored various fellow students at the university and continues to do so. She worked in multiple MNCs and stays in Europe for close to a decade, and has developed strong people skills, and understands the need for skill development and image management in every individual. To bring a visible and healthy change in people’s lives through skill development she got herself trained in Soft skills and Image management. She is in the process of getting accredited by SQA and NABET (QCI). Having traveled across India and different parts of Europe she developed a deep understanding of different cultures in the educational, professional, and personal arenas. She brings in customized training sessions to fulfill the vision of MM. She is a firm believer that the ``Better version of You`` creates a healthy and empowered world. She ensures that anybody who connects with MM will be the Brand of their own.

Our Advisor and Director, Mr. Ramalingam G. who holds an MSc, M.Phil, and B.Ed., has had more than four decades of dedicated service in the education industry and has played an important role in changing the lives of many people through his teaching and training sessions. He has been an important part of various institutions like Good Shepherd, Woodside, etc. He is associated with the different corporate sectors as a mentor and guide. His service is not restricted to students alone, he has provided numerous training for professionals in the teaching industry. He believes that apart from hard skills / technical skills, soft skills play a major role in one personal and professional life. He believes in the vision of making the world a better place through education and personal skill development. He is the main pillar of support for Meticulous Minds and makes sure that everybody who connects with Meticulous Minds will step out as a brand new person.
